Functional Strength

Our Functional Strength class is designed to help you reach your fitness goals with free-weight based, functional training. Our program is suitable for all fitness levels, and focuses on fundamental movement patterns, like squatting, pushing, pulling, and rotating. Whatever your goal, whether it’s to get stronger, build muscle, or just become more active, our Functional Strength will help you get there.

Silver 2x/Week: $170/month
Gold 3x/Week: $185/month

Power Hour

Our Power Hour class is an advanced strength training class that is barbell-based. Participants must have completed a minimum of 8 weeks of the Functional Strength class or schedule a testing sessions to test out of the Functional Strength class. To ensure safety and quality instruction, our Power Hour classes are capped at a maximum of 6 people.

Silver 2x/Week: $215/month
Gold 3x/Week: $265/month



Accessory Classes like Core & Conditioning and Mobility class are designed to supplement your Functional Strength membership! You can drop in using you discounted member rate ($18/class) or pay the casual drop in rate ($27.51/Class), but we recommend adding on the unlimited accessory pack add-on to your Functional Strength membership package for just $50/month so that you can come as much as you would like!
