COVID-19
Training Guidelines

Eunoiafit Studio is committed to doing all that can be done to ensure your health and safety as you train by following all mandated guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All rules must be followed at all times and are non-negotiable. Failure to follow the below stated rules and regulations will result in immediate termination of your package without refund. 

 

  • There will be no more than 4 people per group session. No Exceptions. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

  • For the time being, there will be no make up sessions for group training. If you miss, you forfeit that session.

  • Clients will be required to maintain a distance of 6ft or more from the next person during the entire session.

  • No extra people will be allowed in your session. 

  • All clients will have their temperature taken before entering the building. If you have a temperature higher than 99.6, you will not be allowed to enter the building.

  • If you are exhibiting any signs of illness (coughing, body aches, etc) you will not be allowed to train. Please use your best judgement and be considerate of others. 

  • You will be expected to sanitize your hands upon entry. 

  • Leave all extra belongings in your car. You are only allowed to bring your phone, keys and a water bottle into the gym. No gym bags or purses, please. 

  • If possible, please bring your own yoga mat. We want to cut down on any and all cross contamination. 

  • Please bring your own water bottle. Water will not be available for now.

  • Do not share weights. If weights must be changed between sets, wipe or spray your weights down before putting them back. Every single time.

  • If you go out of town you will be required to self-quarantine for 2 weeks before returning to the studio.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Let's get in shape! Eunoiafit Strength & Conditioning is the perfect class for any one with goal of building strength while shedding fat! These workouts are focuses on total body strength and conditioning to get you in the best shape of your life. 

This class is REQUIRED to sign up for POWER HOUR if you have never trained with me before. 

POWER HOUR

$250/Month

Let's Build and Grow! Eunoiafit Power Hour is designed for individuals wanting to take their strength and muscle gains to the next level. Customized workouts are focused on increases strength and lean muscle mass! 

At least 4 weeks of Strength & Conditioning class is REQUIRED to sign up for POWER HOUR if you have never trained with me before. If you have trained with me and are unsure of if you are ready for the next step please contact me before purchasing!
