Functional Strength
Foundational Strength & Functional Movement
Choose strong with this foundational strength training class designed to build base strength, stability and improve your overall fitness. Our workouts are tailored to women of all fitness levels, delivering a powerful and effective training experience to help you crush your goals.

Power Hour
Build Muscle & Power
Our advanced barbell strength training classes are focused on building muscle, increasing strength and power, and enhancing body composition. This class requires a prerequisite 8 weeks of Functional Strength and test out. We are committed to keeping you safe and ensuring a seamless progression as your skill and experience improve!

Intro to Strength Training
The secret to getting ahead is getting started...
We know that new beginnings can be scary! Intro to Strength Training is designed to introduce beginners to strength training with a focus on education, form, and functionality. Hosted the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, thhis class will help you blaze a path to Functional Strength and Power Hour.

At EUNOIAFIT we are committed to exposure, education, advocacy, and action through initiatives like Black Girls Sweat, Latinas Lift, Pelvic Floor Coaching and more that provide necessary women's health education and resources to under-served women in our community!
